Who Can Sign Up?​

  • Seniors who are seeking friendly, weekly phone calls.

  • Family members or caregivers signing up on behalf of a senior.

How It Works:

  1. Fill out the form below with the senior’s information.

  2. Once submitted, our team will review the application and contact you with next steps.

  3. The senior will be paired with a volunteer for weekly phone calls.
